Crestview Stays is a five-person concierge outfit from Brisbane that got tired of watching friends overpay for average rooms. Nine years later we're the fixer people call before the Gold Coast.
Started with a bad booking in 2017
Our founder Marcus booked a "casino view suite" online for a mates' weekend and landed a room staring at the car park. He spent the weekend fixing it at the desk — then realised half of Brisbane had the same story.
So we became the people who actually walk the floors. We know which The Darling rooms catch the morning ocean, which packages are padded, and which nights the casino floor is genuinely buzzing versus just loud. Today we arrange 150+ stays a year at The Darling at The Star and a handful of neighbouring properties.

If the standard room is the smart buy, we say so. Clients who trust us come back; clients we squeezed don't.

The person who quotes your stay is the one answering at 11pm when your dinner booking shifts. No ticket queues, no handoffs.

Gaming is fun when it's funded entertainment. Every casino package ships with limits explained and help contacts included — 18+, always.
Nine years, a lot of room keys
2017 — kitchen table startup
First twenty bookings arranged for friends and friends-of-friends. The car-park-view incident becomes company folklore.
2019 — preferred partner rates
Signed our first rate agreements on the Gold Coast. Suddenly we could beat OTA pricing and throw in breakfast.
2021 — corporate arm launches
Local firms start asking for conference blocks. Corporate & event stays becomes a service, not a favour.
2023 — 1,000th stay
Hit four figures mid-summer. Celebrated properly — at Cucina Vivo, obviously.
2026 — Hamilton HQ
Moved the desk to 39 Hercules St, Hamilton. Same phone number, same rule: a human always answers.
